THE CASHMERE SPA

You are invited to send your cashmere pieces to our Cashmere Spa. Here, your favorite threads are pampered, treated, and repaired. After their treatments, your cashmere pieces are then returned to you in a condition that is as close to their original state as possible.

INSPECTION

When your item arrives at the Cashmere Spa, it undergoes an inspection to determine all that needs to be done.

ANTI-PILLING

Your item is shaved by hand to remove any pilling of the fabric, and make it look as good as new.

REFRIGERATION

Your item is then place in refrigerated quarantine for 2 weeks; to kill bacteria and protect our workers.

REPAIRS

Then, all holes, meshes, or other damages are repaired by our specially trained staff.

WASHING

Followed by a wash cycle, abiding by the items specific care instructions.

DISINFECTION

The steaming process kills off bacteria that the item might have picked up. This ensures that you are protected when your item returns.

STEAMING

All items are then steamed by hand.

PACKED

After a final inspection, your item is then packed and sent back to you, having received a pampering treatment at the Cashmere Spa.

This initiative reduces the unnecessary production behind the purchasing of excess amounts of cashmere each season, while prolonging the longevity of the pieces. This ensures that even less strain is put onto the environment to produce cashmere pieces.

1. The quoted price for the service of your garment is subject to change, depending on the severity of the repairs needed. All changes will be communicated with you, and will need your approval prior to any work beginning. 


2. Your items will be returned to you in the best possible condition. The Cashmere Spa does not, and indeed cannot, promise that your item will be restored to its original purchased state. 


3. The process that the item goes through makes use of products that may harm synthetic fibres. By agreeing to the Cashmere Spa’s terms and conditions, you confirm that your item is made up of at least 60-70% natural fibres.
